•   Location: Bell Park – Grace Hartman Amphitheatre, Sudbury

 

The Moon Festival is a cultural celebration that brings together diverse communities to enjoy performances, traditional cuisine, and family-friendly activities.

Vendor Booth Details

 

•  Booth Size: Maximum 10 ft x 10 ft space

•  Tents & Power: Vendors must bring their own tents (no larger than 10 ft x 10 ft) and power cords if needed. Tables and chairs can be provided by the organizer upon request.

 

Food Vendors

 

•  Food vendors must apply for a Food Permit through Public Health Sudbury & Districts. Local restaurants may be exempt. Please confirm directly with Public Health:\ Food Permit Information

•  Prepackaged food sellers do not require a food permit.

 

Insurance Requirement

 

•  All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance with a minimum coverage of \$2 million.

•  The City of Greater Sudbury must be listed as an additional insured party.
