Experience : Not needed, Can be trained, If familiar with cooking Asian food, it’s a big asset
Main Job Duties :
Follow the prep and production list
Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and cutting vegetables, cutting fish etc.
Undertake basic cooking duties such as cooking rice, making rolls etc
Maintain a clean and orderly work station by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
Ensure all food and other items are labelled and stored properly
Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
Shift Information : Flexible 4-6 hours per shifts between 7am-12pm (AM shift) and 12pm-6pm (PM shift)
Compensation : TBD
