The Moon Festival is a cultural
celebration that brings together diverse communities to enjoy performances,
traditional cuisine, and family-friendly activities.


Vendor Registration

Vendor Booth Details

• Booth Size: Maximum 10 ft x 10 ft space

•  Tents & Power: Vendors must bring their own tents (no larger than 10 ft x 10 ft) and power cords if
needed. Tables and chairs can be provided by the organizer upon request.

 

Food Vendors

 •  Food vendors must apply for a Food Permit through Public Health Sudbury & Districts. Local restaurants may be exempt. Please confirm directly with Public Health: Food Permit Information

• Prepackaged food sellers do not require a food permit.

 

Insurance Requirement

 • All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance with a minimum coverage of \$2 million.

 • The City of Greater Sudbury must be listed as an additional insured party.

 


Application Process

 • Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

•  Submit your application through the CAGS registration platform.

•  Vendor placement will be determined by CAGS.

•  Payment should be e-transferred to cags.finance@gmail.com

 

Important Deadlines

 • Application Deadline: August 2, 2025

•  Notification of Acceptance: By August 5, 2025

• Payment Deadline: August 10, 2025 (Proof of payment must be emailed to CAGS)

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

•  If CAGS Cancels: Full refund will be provided in the event of unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.

•  If You Cancel:

•  Cancellation before August 15, 2025: 20% of your vendor fee will be withheld.

•  Cancellation after August 15, 2025, or a no-show on event day: No refund will be provided.
